Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
